Cold Stone Creamery would like to continue its commitment to our community by offering fundraising programs for schools and charitable organizations. Whether you are looking to raise money for a school class or program, or want to raise funds for a team or club, Cold Stone has several programs designed to help you reach your fundraising goals.

SUPER SCOOP NIGHTS AT COLD STONE

Bring in your friends and family and eat ice cream. We’ll do the rest!

Cold Stone Creamery will donate a percentage of sales from the evening to your school, club, or organization.

Here’s how it works:

Contact the local store manager and pick a convenient day and time for your event. Fundraisers are held Monday – Thursday nights.

Create a flyer to advertise the event. We can provide a sample as a Word document. Promote, publicize and advertise the fundraiser through newsletters, school announcements, e-mails, local newspapers, church bulletins, distribution of flyers, etc. The more people who attend, the higher the sales and the bigger your donation will be.

The night of the event, we encourage you to have the principal, favorite teachers, coach or leader in your organization take center stage behind the stone. It will be sure to keep everybody laughing for an incredible evening of fundraising. Bands, music groups, and cheer squads are also encouraged to perform.

Have your participants bring in the flyer that evening to identify themselves as part of your group. A percentage of the sales from your participants will be donated directly to your organization:
Up to $500 - 15%
$500 - $700 – 20%
$700 - $1,000 – 25%
Over $1,000 – 30%

PIE/ CAKE FUNDRAISERS

Are you tired of selling wrapping paper and cookie dough? Finally, there is a delicious and fun new way to help you raise money for your organization or school. SELL ICE CREAM PIES OR CAKES! With the help of your organization’s members, you have a chance to raise hundreds of dollars through this program.

Here’s how it works….

Your group pre-sells our Signature Ice Cream Cakes or Pies to family, friends and neighbors. For every pie or cake sold, Cold Stone Creamery will donate $5 to your organization. Customers pay your organization directly, receive a voucher and pick up their pies or cakes from the closest Cold Stone Creamery store. It’s that easy. Please give your group at least two weeks to sell the pies or cakes. You will also need a week to turn in the money and orders to Cold Stone Creamery.

To help make your fundraiser even more successful, Cold Stone Creamery will provide incentives to help motivate each member of your group. For example, the person who sells 10 pies will get a certificate for a Free creation. The person who sells 20 pies will receive a FREE Everybody’s Ice Cream Creation of their choice. We can even foster friendly competition between different grades, teams, etc. with ice cream as a reward for the most sales.

SELLING PREPACKED CUPS OF COLD STONE CREATIONS

That’s right. You too can become an ice cream entrepreneur. We make the ice cream, you just have to pick it up and sell it. You can hold ice cream sales during school lunch periods, after school, at band or choir performances, dances, football games, wherever! This is a great way to raise funds for bands, teams, clubs or school organizations.

Here’s how it works…

Contact your local store manager to arrange a specific number of ice cream servings to be prepared ahead of time. You will need to decide what ice cream flavors you would like to sell and how many of each. The manager will be able to assist you with this decision. We sell it to you at a wholesale price and you can charge whatever you want. Pick up the ice cream at the store approximately 30 minutes before you plan to sell it. It will stay frozen in an ice crest. You will not need to buy ice; the ice cream keeps itself frozen. Let us know ahead of time if you need to borrow a cooler.

We encourage you to promote your ice cream sales within the school and recommend it to students when they are thinking of fundraising ideas. If needed, Cold Stone may be able to provide you with a banner or sign that you can use to help increase your sales.

READING PROGRAM Reading for Ice Cream is a great motivator and is sure to help any child reach their reading goals. Once a child has read five books that have been verified by a parent, librarian or teacher, they can bring their bookmark to Cold Stone for a free Kid Creation! Contact Your Nearest Location and arrange to pick up a supply of bookmarks at no charge.
STUDENT INCENTIVES/REWARDS Cold Stone Creamery will provide ice cream certificates at a discounted price. These certificates can be used to recognize and motivate students to reach their highest level of achievement. Encourage them and reward them for going above and beyond in everyday activities . These ice cream certificates can be personalized with your school name and/or the type of award.
